Funniest moment in racing?

Team star jumps at 3am at the Oschersleben 24 hours, outside in the frosty pit lane next to Yamaha France was funny. But what was really funny was the time we duct taped Gav to a chair while he was dozing in the wee small hours of a 24 hour race and then all shouted: “Bike coming in!” and watched him go flat on his nose.

Favourite moment in racing?

The first time we completed a World championship 24 hour race. I can’t begin to describe the sense of pride and achievement.

If I was gonna stick out my foot and trip another team member up:

Macca - simply because it would be so funny watching 6 ft 4 of ginger come crashing down. Not that I can condone this sort of behaviour as a health care professional (..ahem).

How I justify this to the other half:

If I’ve got to explain it to you, you’re never going to be able to understand it.

What I will most likely say if you meet me in the paddock:

Don’t be such a wuss - that didn’t hurt at all! Now this might hurt….

would like to say:

It ain’t over till the fat lady sings….
